摘 要:为了加强对四川省某核心种猪场新引进种猪的选育,试验采用PCR-RFLPs方法对新引进的457头外种猪的氟烷(HAL)基因和酸肉(RN)基因的多态性进行研究。结果表明:新引进种猪中存在3头HALn基因携带者,HALn基因频率为0.33%。RN-rn+、RN-RN-基因型种猪数分别为1头、38头,在整个群体中RN-的基因频率为8.42%。在今后的育种工作中,应加强对氟烷基因和酸肉基因的检测和标记辅助选择(MAS),以选育出抗应激的优质猪群体。To strengthen the selective breeding of new introduced swines from a core breeding farms in Sichuan, the polymorphisms of halothane (HAL) gene and rendement napole (RN) gene from 457 foreign swines were studied using PCR - RFLPs method. The results showed that there were only 3 swines with HALn gene in the new foreign swine group, and the gene frequency of HAL" was 0.33%. The numbers of swines with RN-m+ and RN- RN- genotypes were 1 and 38 respectively, and the gene frequency of RN- in the entire swine population was 8.42%. Therefore, the detection and marker- assisted selection (MAS) for the Hal gene and RN genes should be strengthened so as to selec- tively breed anti - stress pig populations with high quality in future breeding work.
