摘 要:为研究三个不同群体(闭锁群、新组建群和保护区群)不同性别高邮鸭的生长发育规律,试验采用Gompertz、Logistic和Von Bertalanffy三种生长曲线模型拟合分析方法,测定了高邮鸭从出生到10周龄体重并进行了相应周龄体重拟合。结果表明:三个不同群体高邮鸭6周龄前生长速度较快,公、母鸭的体重值基本一致,6周龄后公鸭生长速度明显快于母鸭;Gompertz模型拟合结果更加接近于实际值;公、母鸭的生长拐点分别在5.0,4.5周龄,新选育的高邮鸭新品系拐点周龄稍早于闭锁群。To study the laws of growth and development for different genders of Gaoyou duck from three different populations, including the closed population, the newly formed population and reserve area population, three kinds of nonlinear growth curve models including Gompertz, Logistic and Von Bertalanffy were used for the fitting and analysis in the test. The body weight of Gaoyou ducks from birth to 10 weeks of age was measured, and then the fitting at corresponding weeks of age was carried out, respectively. The results showed that three differentpopula- tions of Gaoyuu ducks grew faster and male and female ducks had basically the same body weight before age of 6 weeks, and the growth rate of male ducks was obviously stronger than that of female ducks after 6 weeks of age. The fitting effect of Gompertz model was closer to the actual value. The inflection points of growth for male and female Gaoyou ducks were at 5.0 and 4.5 weeks of age, respectively. The weeks of age at the inflection point for the newly formed population of Gaoyou ducks were slightly earlier than those of the closed population.
