摘 要:目的建立一种新型、快速、微量测定饮用水中锌含量的PAN-OP光度法,并对其效果进行评价。方法以1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)为显色剂,以乳化剂[烷基苯酚与环氧乙烷缩合物(OP)]为增溶剂,用成品预制试剂盒代替人工临时配制试剂,通过配套研制的微量自动分析仪测定水中锌含量。结果该方法线性范围为0.05~3.00 mg/L,相关系数(r)为0.999 5,检出限为0.01 mg/L,方法相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.15%~1.23%,加标回收率为97.2%~102.7%,实际水样测定结果与国标检验方法中原子吸收分光光度法比较,经配对t检验,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论新型快速微量PAN-OP光度法操作简便,结果准确,测定快速,线性范围较宽,试剂及样品用量少,可有效提高检测人员工作效率,适合在村镇集中式供水单位普及使用。Objective To establish a new method for the determination of zinc in drinking water by PAN-OP spectrophotometry,and evaluate its effect. Methods PAN [1-(2- pyridylazo)-2- naphthol ] was used as chromogenic agent, OP(nonionic surfactant) was used as the solubilization agent, finished products(prefabricated kits) was used to replace to the artificial temporary configuration reagent, determination of zinc in water was performed by using a set of trace automatic analyzer. The measurement range, precision and accuracy of this method were tested and the actual samples were determined and the results were compared with those by the national standard method. Results The detection range of this method was 0.05- 3.00 mg/L,correlation coefficient(r) was 0.999 5, the detection limit was 0.01 mg/L, the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.15%-1.23%, and the recovery rate was 97.2%-102.7%. There was no significant difference in concentration of zinc in actual water samples determined by this method and the national standard test method of atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Conclusion The new rapid and micro PAN-OP spectrophotometry is simple, accurate, fast, showes wide linear range, requires less reagent and sample, suitable for using in the laboratory of centralized water units in villages and towns.
