摘 要:目的研究和评价一种新型快速测定饮用水中硝酸盐氮的全自动硫酸肼还原法。方法基于硫酸肼还原法,该方法全自动取样、添加试剂、孵育、检测和处理数据。结果该方法测定范围为0~11.3 mg/L,相关系数0.999 5,检出限为0.01 mg/L,RSD为0.81%~2.7%,自来水加标回收率为95.0%~105%。结论新型全自动比浊法具有简便快速,高效准确等优点,样品和试剂用量少,节约环保,适合大批量水样中硝酸盐氮的快速测定与筛查。Objective To study and evaluate a new type of automatic hydrazine reduction method for determination of nitrate nitrogen in drinking water. Methods Based on hydrazine reduction method for nitrate nitrogen determination, the test range,precision and accuracy were studied and the operation was simplified. Results The test range of the method were 0-11.3 mg/L;The correlation coefficient was 0.999 5; The detection limit of the method was 0.01 mg/L; RSDs were 0.81%-2.7%; The tap water recoveries were 95.0%-105%. The sample results by this method were consistent with those by national standard method.Conclusion The new automatic hydrazine reduction method of nitrate nitrogen in drinking water is simple, fast, accurate and showes high precision, and it is applicable to rapid determination and screening of nitrate nitrogen in drinking water.
