南宁市男男同性性行为艾滋病的流行现状与干预对策研究

摘　　要：目的了解南宁市男男同性性行为(MSM)艾滋病的流行特点,为制定该人群艾滋病干预措施提供科学依据。方法收集南宁市2006年1月-2014年12月的MSM疫情资料,对其进行统计分析。结果南宁市自2006年发现首例MSM艾滋病患者以来,截至2014年12月南宁市MSM感染者/病人累计报告477例,MSM病例报告占全部病例的比例从2006-2009年的平均1.03%,上升到2014年的8.85%,地区分布主要集中在南宁市西乡塘区(26.6%)和青秀区(25.6%)。该人群平均年龄(30.51±10.065)岁,最小16岁,最大79岁。南宁市户籍占多数(63.0%),文化程度以大专及以上为主(46.6%);学生比例不容忽视(14.4%);样本来源以咨询检测为主(73.2%),并逐年上升;晚发现比例2011年较高(31.3%),2014年有所降低(17.3%)。结论南宁市MSM艾滋病流行形势严峻,尤其青年学生感染率呈逐年上升势态,应及时采取有针对性的防控措施,加大该人群的综合干预力度,降低MSM人群的HIV感染率。Objective To describe the epidemiological characteristics of HIV/AIDS in Men who have sex with men（MSM） of Nanning City,in order to provide evidence for making prevention and control measures of AIDS for MSM.Methods The reported AIDS cases in MSM of Nanning City from 2006 to 2014 were collected.All data were analyzed.Results Since the first HIV case in MSM of Nanning City was found in 2006,the total number of HIV cases in MSM was 477 by the end of 2014.Among the reported HIV/AIDS cases,the proportion of MSM increased from 1.03% in 2006-2009 to 8.85% in 2014.Regional distribution basically centered in Xixiangtang district（26.6%） and Qingxiu district（25.6%）.The average age was（30.51 ± 10.065） with the minimum age 16 years old and the maximum age 79 years old.Most of them（63.0%） had Nanning census register,46.6% were college or above educated,meanwhile,14.4% of them were students which cant be ignored.The sample source was mainly from counseling and testing（73.2%）,and that was increasing year by year.Delayed diagnosis was higher（31.3%） in 2011 and decreased（17.3%） in 2014.Conclusion HIV/AIDS epidemic situation among MSM in Nanning is quite serious,especially the HIV infection rate of young students in MSM is increasing year by year.It is necessary to take pertinent measures to reduce infection rate of HIV among MSM.
