摘　　要：目的分析沈阳市食管癌发病、死亡现况及其变化,为食管癌防治提供科学依据。方法对沈阳市2009-2013年食管癌发病与死亡数据进行分析。结果 2009-2013年沈阳市食管癌发病率为7.65/10万（男性13.42/10万,女性2.07/10万）,中标率为3.11/10万（男性5.35/10万,女性0.76/10万）。发病率从2009年的9.46/10万下降到2013年的7.47/10万,下降了21.04%（χ2_（趋势）=10.807,P〈0.001）。食管癌死亡率为7.88/10万（男性13.73/10万,女性2.22/10万）,中标率为2.91/10万（男性4.97/10万,女性0.73/10万）。2009-2013年沈阳市食管癌死亡率虽有所上升,但经检验,无统计学意义。食管癌年龄别发病率和死亡率均随年龄增长而升高,45岁以后上升明显,并均在85岁以上组达到高峰。45岁以上食管癌发病和死亡分别占发病、死亡总数的98.15%和99.10%。结论食管癌是威胁沈阳市居民健康的主要恶性肿瘤之一,应加强对食管癌的预防和控制。Objective To provide scientific evidence for prevention of cancer in the local area.Methods We analyzed the data of incidence and deaths from esophageal cancer in Shenyang.Results The incidence of esophageal cancer in Shenyang City during 2009 to 2013 was 7.65/105（male 13.42/105,female 2.07/105）,age-standardized incidence was 3.11/105（male 5.35/105,female 0.76/105）.Esophageal cancer incidence rate decreased in Shenyang from 2009 to 2013.It was 9.46/105 in 2009,and it decreased to 7.47/105 in 2013,declined by 21.04%（χ2_（trend）= 10.807,P〈0.001）.The mortality rate of esophageal cancer in Shenyang City during 2009 to 2013 was 7.88/105（male 13.73/105,female 2.22/105）,age-standardized mortality was 2.91/105（male 4.97/105,female 0.73/105）.Esophageal age-specific incidence and mortality increased with age.The incidence and mortality of esophageal cancer began to rise obviously after 45 years old group.Both the incidence rate and the mortality rate peaked at the age of over 85 years old.Incident cases over 45 years old groups accounted for 98.15% of esophageal cancer incidence,and deaths for 99.10%.Conclusion Esophageal cancer is one of the major malignant tumors threatening residents＇ health in Shenyang City.Prevention and control for esophageal cancer still need to be strengthened.
