艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗前后CD_4+T淋巴细胞数变化情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解HIV/AIDS患者抗病毒治疗前后CD4＋T淋巴细胞数的变化情况。方法对现住顺德区的HIV/AIDS患者在接受抗病毒治疗前以及治疗后3个月、6个月、9个月以及12个月的CD4＋T淋巴细胞数进行统计学分析。结果 94例HIV/AIDS患者的CD4＋T淋巴细胞数在治疗后各个时点均有明显上升,并且有随着治疗时间的增加而增长的趋势（χ^2（趋势）=55.86,P0.05）;相比治疗前CD4＋T淋巴细胞数低者,治疗前CD4＋T淋巴细胞数高者其治疗后CD4＋T淋巴细胞数增幅更大（P〈0.001）;初始治疗年龄不影响抗病毒治疗免疫重建的效果（F=0.927,P=0.399）。结论应积极开展抗病毒治疗并提倡早期治疗。抗病毒治疗后CD4＋T淋巴细胞数表现为先显著升高,后增幅变小,甚至会渐趋平稳。Objective To understand the changes of CD4＋ T lymphocyte number in human immunodeficiency virus and acquired immunodeficiency syndrome patients（HIV/AIDS） after the highly active antiretroviral therapy（HAART）.Methods Making statistical analysis for the lymphocyte count of the HIV/AIDS among before treatment,3 months,6 months,9 months and 12 months after the HAART.Results The CD4＋ T lymphocyte count of 94 HIV/AIDS were significantly increased at different time points after HAART,and there was a tendency of rising with the increase of treatment time（χ~2= 55.86,P〈0.001）.The different among the CD4＋ T lymphocyte count before and after the HAART were statistically significant（P〈0.001）; In addition to the before treatment and after treatment for 3 months,the difference of CD4＋ T lymphocyte count between other apart 3 months treatment were not statistically significant（P0.05）; The CD4＋ T lymphocytes of the higher immune level increased more than the lower immune level before HAART（P〈0.001）; The initial age of treatment did not influence the immune reconstitution effect of HAART（F = 0.927,P = 0.399）.Conclusion The HAART should be carried out activity,and advocate the early treatment.The number of CD4＋ T lymphocytes increased significantly at the beginning.Then the increase became smaller,and it was even stable in the end.
