摘　　要：豆科牧草具有蛋白质含量高,矿物质、维生素含量丰富,消化率高、适口性好等特点,是反刍家畜重要的粗饲料资源,对维持动物正常生理机能、提高生产性能具有非常重要的作用,是现代草牧业生产中重要的生产资料。文章概述了我国主要豆科牧草的饲用价值,对肉羊的生理营养作用以及饲喂豆科牧草的经济效益等方面的研究进展,并对今后豆科牧草在肉羊生产中的应用前景做了展望。Leguminous forages are important forage resources for ruminate animals,for their advantages such as high protein content,rich minerals and vitamins,high digestibility,and good palatability.Leguminous forages can maintain normal physiological functions of animals and improve production performance;it is an important means of production in modern grass and livestock.This paper summarized the feeding value of Chinese major legumes,physiological and nutritional effects of goats,economic benefits of feeding legume pastures,and the future application of legume pastures in goat production is prospected.
