摘　　要：《在延安文艺座谈会上的讲话》是马克思主义中国化的科学理论文献,更是中国共产党领导中国人民开展文化建设的理论纲领。以《讲话》理论为指导,70年来中国文化沿着正确的方向前进,并取得了大发展大繁荣。探寻中国文化的发展路径与发展现状,我们欣喜地看到,70年来中国文化发展始终坚定中国共产党领导下的社会主义文化前进方向;始终把文化为人民作为根本宗旨;并跟随时代的脚步调整文化发展策略,探索文化体制改革;始终坚持继承、借鉴与创新相结合的文化发展道路。《讲话》对实现中华民族的文化强国之梦具有重要的现实启迪意义。Talks at Yan＇an Forum on Literature and Art is the scientific theory of Sinicization of Marxism, and more importantly, that of the Communist Party of China leading Chinese people to carry out cultural construction. Guided by the theory, Chinese culture has been moving forward in the right direction in past 70 years, and has achieved great prosperity. By exploring the development path and status of Chinese culture, it can be seen that Chinese cultural development has always firm socialist culture development under the leadership of the Communist Party of China in past 70 years as the fundamental purpose by adjusting to cultural developing strategies of the era, and by exploring the cultural system reform and by adhering to the cultural development through combining the inherit, learning and innovation with important practical significance for the realization the dream of the China.
