摘　　要：目的了解凯里市城区托幼机构消毒效果,探讨积极有效的管理办法,加强管理,预防传染病的发生。方法对托幼机构室内空气、保育员手指、桌面、玩具、毛巾、口杯进行采样检测。结果2012~2014年检测总覆盖率为97.29%（215/221）,各年度检测覆盖率为97.37%（74/76）、97.37%（63/65）、97.5%（78/80）（P〉0.05）。采集样品总体合格率为94.87%（1 792/1 889）。各年度样品合格率依次为93.12%（555/596）、96.67%（552/571）、94.88%（685/722）（P〉0.05）。其中,幼儿睡房空气、口杯、毛巾、保育员手指、玩具、桌面合格率分别为93.00%（279/300）、96.09%（295/307）、95.45%（294/308）、99.61%（253/254）、94.17%（323/343）、92.31%（348/377）（P〉0.05）。幼儿睡房空气的不同年度合格率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论凯里市城区托幼机构消毒质量总体较好,但检测覆盖率及桌面合格率有待进一步提高。Objective To understand the disinfection effect in urban nurseries,Kaili city,explore the effective regulations and prevent the infections. Methods The indoor air,desktop,toys,towels,cups and the child-care workers＇ hands were sampled for detection and monitoring. Results During 2012-2014,the total monitoring coverage was 97.29%（215/221）,and the monitoring coverage for each year was 97.37%（74/76）,97.37%（63/65）,97.5%（78/80）（P 〈0.05）.The disinfection qualified rate of the samples was 94.87%（1792/1889）,and for each year was 93.12%（555/596）,96.67% 552/571）,and 94.88%（685/722）（P 〈0.05）,that in the air of the children bedrooms,cups,towels,toys,desktops and the child-care workers＇ hands was 93.00%（279/300）,96.09%（295/307）,95.45%（294/308）,99.61%（253/254）,94.17%（323/343）,and 92.31%（348/377）（P 〈0.05）respectively.The differences in the qualified rate for the air of children＇s bedrooms had statistical significance（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The overall disinfection quality in urban nurseries of Kaili city is good,but the monitoring coverage needs to be improved.
