摘  要:对不同温度工况下的电泵流体域进行流体仿真,确定油温对泄漏量的影响。应用流固耦合(FSI)分析的方法,对极限工况下电子泵壳体与端盖间结合面压进行仿真计算。将仿真结果用于电子泵密封性的评价。分析结果表明:电子泵壳体与端盖结合面密封性不足,存在泄露泄漏风险。针对密封性不足区域的设计提出改进意见,以减少电子泵工作泄漏量,提高工作效率。The fluid field of E-pump under different temperature conditions was simulated,to make sure the influence of temperature to leakage. Fluid-structure interaction( FSI) method was applied to calculate the contact surface pressure between E-pump housing and cover under ultimate working condition. The simulation results were used to evaluate the sealing of E-pump. The calculation results showed that: the sealing of contact surface between E-pump housing and cover was insufficient,existing leak risk. Some improvement suggestions were proposed aiming at sealing shortage area,in order to reduce E-pump sealing and improve working efficiency.
