廊坊市新型城镇化与新农村建设协调推进的路径与对策研究

摘　　要：新型城镇化与新农村建设存在互动作用的机理,二者需要协调推进。运用SWOT分析法对廊坊市新型城镇化与新农村建设协调推进的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行了系统地、全面地分析,认为独特区位、资源、政策优势有助于廊坊市新型城镇化与新农村建设的协调推进。从理论上分析了新型城镇化与新农村建设协调推进的三方面的机制。结合廊坊市的实际情况,提出了符合廊坊市的型城镇化与新农村建设协调推进的路径与对策。New urbanization and new rural construction are interacted, and both of them need coordination to advance. This paper sys- tematically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of coordinated advancement of new urbanization and new rural construction in Langfang City by using SWOT method, and it believes that unique location, resources, favorable policy advantages can help the coordinated advancement of urbanization and rural construction. It theoretically analyzes three aspects in mechanism. Finally, combined with the actual situation in Langfang City, it suggests the paths and countermeasures to coordinately promote new urbanization and new rural construction.
