摘 要:竞技体育运动水平不断接近人类的极限,并非所有的人都能够成为运动员,科学的选材,选拔先天条件优越,后天可塑性强的运动员苗子,才能够提高运动员的成材率,降低淘汰率。现代篮球运动向着对抗激烈,技艺高超的趋势发展,运动员需要具备快速灵活,爆发力强等运动素质,本文通过研究篮球运动员选材指标,发现当前存在着测量评价指标体系不完善,没有统一的评价标准,因此提出要充分肯定遗传学、生理学等学科知识,结合篮球运动的特点,根据篮球运动不同位置运动员的竞技能力特点,建立科学的评价指标体系和评价标准,并建立运动员苗子成长档案,科学动态的监控运动员成才过程,并为科学的选材指标进行反馈,旨在为科学的进行篮球运动员选材提高参考。As competitive sports going towards human body extremes,not all men can become athletes. In order to raise the proportion of successful athletes,scientific athlete selection is needed to choose young athletes that are inherently talented and flexible. The severe confrontation and perfect skills of modern basketball asks for faster,more flexible and powerful players. By researching basketball players selecting indicators,we find evaluation criterion is incomplete which need to be reunified. Therefore,the paper suggests the following: fully recognize genetics,physiology and other theoretical knowledge,establish a scientific evaluation index system and evaluation standards based on characteristics of basketball and performance features of different position in court,establish talent players' growing record,monitor players' growing up process scientifically and dynamically,and offer feedback for scientific selection indicators,aiming at offering references for basketball players' scientific selection.
