摘　　要：竞技体育的发展,一方面促进着人们对体育重要性的认识,另一方面也瓦解着人们对体育传统的价值观,打破了体育内在系统及其与外界之间的传统界限。由此,体育、价值与伦理的关系空前复杂,竞技体育陷入伦理困境。故而认为,应以价值追求为联结点,坚持"人文"法则,确立反锦标主义、以人为本的原则,同时审视伦理问题涉及的三方责任主体,提出规范竞技体育伦理需要政府积极引导竞技体育回归奥林匹克运动的本质,各界集力全面加强体育文化建设,构建人文环境,着重加强直接参与者的人文素质教育。The development of competitive sports,while promoting the cognition of sports,disintegrates our traditional values on sport,breaks the sport inherent system and its boundaries with external world. Thus,the relationship between sport,values and ethics has become unprecedented complex,which stalls competitive sport into ethical dilemmas. Therefore this paper proposes that connected by value pursuit,development of competitive sports should adhere to the ＂humanistic＂ law; and establish the anti-champion chasing and people-oriented principles. This paper also examines the 3 responsible subjects related to ethical issues, emphasizes on government＇s guidance in bring competitive sport back to Olympic natures by enhancing sport culture build,structuring humanistic environment,and focusing on humanistic quality of involvers.
