摘  要:采用氧化焰快速烧成制备了高压电瓷,研究了氧化铝添加量和烧成工艺对高压电瓷烧结特性、结构和性能的影响。结果表明:氧化焰快速烧成(~14 h)制备了致密高压电瓷,高压电瓷密度、介电常数、弯曲强度均随氧化铝含量增加先增加后降低。当氧化铝含量为5%时,高压电瓷综合性能最佳:密度2.62 g/cm^3,开气孔率<0.6%,电阻率~8×10^(12)Ω·cm,介电常数~6,弯曲强度93 MPa。High-voltage insulator electrical ceramics had been prepared by rapid sintering in oxidizing atmosphere. Effects of alumina content and sintering process on sintering characteristics, structure and properties were investigated for the ceramics. Results showed that dense high-voltage insulator could be achieved by rapid( 14 h) sintering in oxidizing atmosphere., Density, dielectric constant, and flexural strength of high voltage insulator first increased and then dropped with the increase of alumina content. When the alumina content was 5%, high-voltage insulator exhibited the best properties as follows: density of 2.62 g/cm3, open porosity 〈0.6%, resistivity of about 8×1012 Ω·m, dielectric constant of about 6, flexural strength of 93 MPa.
