摘　　要：目的:探讨强化护理干预对阿尔茨海默病患者的影响。方法:将120例阿尔茨海默病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予强化护理干预,比较两组健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)及简易智能状态检查量表(MMSE)评分情况。结果:干预后两组SF-36、ADL、MMSE评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对阿尔茨海默病患者实施强化护理干预,可更好地提高患者的日常生活能力、认知功能,对患者生存质量的改善具有重要临床意义。Objective： To explore the effect of enhanced nursing intervention on patients with Alzheimer＇s disease. Methods： 120 patients with Alzheimer＇s disease were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（ 60 cases in each group）. The routine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group and the enhanced nursing intervention was additionally provided for the patients in the observation group,the scores of SF- 36,ADL and MMSE of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results： There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the scores of SF- 36,ADL and MMSE between the two groups after the intervention（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The enhanced nursing intervention on patients with Alzheimer＇s disease can improve the patients＇ ability of ADL and cognitive function,and it has important clinical significance to improve the quality of life of the patients.
