摘 要:分析对比不同混纺比水溶性维纶混纺纱线的性能指标。对3种混纺比的29tex和14.5tex棉水溶性维纶混纺纱性能指标进行了测试,并与同号纯棉纱进行了对比。结果表明:C/V 65/35纱各项指标均较好,C/V 85/15纱指标较差,纯棉纱断裂伸长率和耐磨次数较低。认为:应根据成品质量和风格要求,在成本许可的情况下,适当增加水溶性维纶的混纺比,有利于提高水溶性维纶混纺纱的织造性能。Property indexes of water-soluble vinylon blended yarn with different blending ratios were ana- lyzed and compared. The property indexes of blended yarn with three kinds of blending ratios of 29 tex and 14.5 rex cotton water-soluble vinylon were tested and compared with pure cotton yarn in the same fineness. The test results show that each index of C/V 65/35 yarn is better while the index of C/V 85/15 is worse. The break- ing elongation and abrasion resistant number of pure cotton yarn are lower. It is considered that suitable increase of the blending ratio for water-soluble vinylon according to the requirement of product quality and style under the permission of cost is beneficial to improve the weaving property of water-soluble vinylon blended yarn.
