中医药对缺血性脑损伤神经血管单元影响的研究进展

摘　　要：神经血管单元(neurovascular unit,NVU)概念强调神经元损伤与胶质细胞、血管内皮细胞的损伤之间存在相互促进的关系,脑梗死后,NVU各组分受到不同程度的损伤,各组分之间的相对平衡被打破,引起一系列的级联损伤反应,且任何组分的损伤都会影响到其他的组分。当前众多中医药学者在中医整体观念思想的指导下,针对NVU相关的"靶点网络",进行了深入的实验研究,探讨影响神经干细胞诱导、增殖、分化的内环境的可能因素,研究中药如何促进神经干细胞的的增殖与分化,及有效保护脑缺血损伤后的神经血管单元,并取得了一系列的研究成果。The neurovascular unit（ NVU） emphasize the concept of neurons and glial cells,vascular endothelial cell injury exists between the mutual promotion relationship,after cerebral infarction,NVU components are damaged in different degree,the relative balance between the components is broken,causing a series of cascade damage response,and any group the damage will affect other components. At present many scholars in TCM holistic concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine under the guidance of the idea,according to NVU relevant ＂ target network＂,an experiment was carried out to study,to explore the possible influence factors of internal environment induced by neural stem cells,proliferation,differentiation,Traditional Chinese Medicine（ TCM）research how to promote neural stem cell proliferation and differentiation,and effective protection after ischemic cerebral injury of the neurovascular unit,and obtained a series of achievements.
