摘 要:在锦苏、哈郑和溪浙特±800 kV高压直流输电工程系统试验过程中以及投入运行后,发生了几次直流场中性母线开关(neutral bus switch,NBS)保护误动重合故障。对锦苏、哈郑和溪浙特高压直流输电工程直流场中性母线开关保护误动重合故障及后果进行了分析,找到了引起NBS开关重合的原因,提出了解决方案并通过了试验验证。对不同原因引起的直流场NBS开关重合的机理进行了详尽的剖析,并提出了相应的解决措施。通过对已投入运行±800 k V特高压直流工程直流场NBS开关重合故障分析以及对正在建设的特高压直流工程NBS性能分析,提出了NBS开关重合故障影响直流系统稳定运行的解决措施。A few times DC field neutral bus switch(NBS) reclosing protection faulty action occurred during Jisu, Hazheng and Xizhe ±800 k V ultra high voltage direct current(UHVDC) high-voltage direct current transmission projects system test and operation. Consequences of malfunction of UHV DC NBS reclosing protection during commissioning test and operation of several ±800 k V UHVDC transmission projects were analyzed in this paper. Causes of NBS reclosing were found out, and solution method was proposed and verified with experiments. Mechanism of NBS reclosing in DC field caused by different reasons was analyzed in detail, and corresponding solutions were put forward. Based on NBS reclosing fault analysis in UHVDC projects in operation and under construction, countermeasures were put forward to solve NBS reclosing faults affecting UHVDC system stable operation.
