摘　　要：根据汽车左后门板的结构特点,采用侧向抽芯机构、顺序阀热流道浇注系统、"直通式水管+倾斜式水管+水井"冷却系统以及"推块+推管+推杆"脱模系统设计了一副大型注塑模具。重点分析了该模具的成型零件、浇注系统、侧向抽芯机构、温度控制系统、导向定位系统、脱模系统和排气系统设计要点。实践证明,模具结构先进合理,塑件各项指标均达到了设计要求。A large injection mold for car left-tuer hintens was designed with a side core pulling mechanism, a sequential valve hot runner gating system, a ＂straight-pipe＋waterr＋pitched well＂ cooling system, and a ＂push tube＋block＋pusher＂ system. The critical parts, gating system, side core-pulling mechanism, temperature control system, oriented positioning system, ejection system, and exhaust system were analyzed. Practice has proved that the mold structure was advanced and reasonable.
