大学新生教育“前置”刍议

摘　　要：大学新生教育"前置",就是将部分入学以后进行的新生教育的内容前置到大学录取与入学之间的"闲置"期完成,这样既可以充实新生入学前的日常生活,增强新生入学后的适应能力,夯实新生入学后的学习基础,也有利于提前安排新生教育教学工作。大学新生教育"前置",就目标而言,主要是预先发现入学以后可能存在的问题,挖掘准大学生的特殊潜能,以提高大学教育的效果。因而,大学新生教育"前置",内容重在校园文化熏染、价值观引导、专业生涯规划以及学校规制介绍。大学新生教育"前置",要"依托平台,多元协同",并注重"前置"教育形式和方式的创新。Preschool education of freshmen is to pre- educate freshmen after they are admitted but before they formally enter into colleges or universities,which can enrich their daily lives and enhance their ability to adapt themselves to the approaching new life,it will help them learn basics and make some arrangement for their newborn education in advance. Preschool education,in terms of the target,is intended to prevent potential dangers the students may be faced with when they enter colleges mainly by means of the influence from campus culture,occupation guidance and education of school regulations. Its success will be determined by implementation platform,multi- collaborative,as well as the ways and the innovation in preschool education.
