摘　　要：研究生是我国未来高级科技人才的重要来源,高校在研究生人才培养与教育中,只有把好人才选拔关,才能进行高质量的培养与教育。研究生质量与高校研究生招生工作密切相关,高校只有坚持质量观与发展观并重的指导思想,才能准确把握研究生招生工作的战略定位,使高校人才教育走上一条可持续发展之路。Postgraduate students are important sources of advanced scientific and technological personnel in China today and even in the future. Good selection of personnel can guarantee high- quality training and education of psotgraduate students. When colleges and universities adhere to both the concept of quality and development as the guiding ideology,they only can accurately grasp the strategic orientation of postgraduate students＇ enrollment work,which makes the talent education in colleges and universities take the road of sustainable development.
