摘　　要：采用网络调查法搜集相关数据资料,对我国台湾地区25所公立大学图书馆志工制度的内容进行分析,从志工的招募与培训、服务内容与时间、考核与激励等几个方面揭示台湾地区公立大学图书馆志工制度的特点,从而为大陆地区高校图书馆志愿者管理及制度建设提供借鉴与参考。Using the network survey to collect data, this paper sorts out the volunteer systems of 25 Taiwan university libraries and investigates their specific contents. From these aspects which are types of recruiting and training, service content and time, assessment and incentive, and so on, it reveals the characteristics of university library volunteer systems in Taiwan, aiming at providing reference for mainland university library volunteer management and system construction.
