摘　　要：将粉煤灰(FA)微珠填料分别与碳酸钙和炭黑N774并用,研究其并用比对钢丝液压胶管外胶性能的影响。结果表明,当碳酸钙/FA并用比为24/8或0/32、炭黑N774/FA并用比为24/8时,所填充橡塑合金的性能满足钢丝液压胶管半成品要求。In this study,fly ash（FA） was blended with calcium carbonate or carbon black N774 and the blended filler was applied in the outer layer rubber compound of wire hydraulic hose. The effect of filler blending ratio on the properties of the compound was investigated. The results showed that,when the blending ratio of calcium carbonate/FA was 24/8 or 0/32,the blending ratio of carbon black N774/FA was 24/8,the properties of the composite met the physical properties requirements of semi-finished product for wire hydraulic hose.
