摘 要:利用不同浓度的多巴胺(DA)和盐酸羟胺两步还原氯金酸,可得到具有不同光学性质的金纳米溶胶。由此建立了一种测定多巴胺的新方法。碱性条件下,将不同浓度的DA与盐酸羟胺依次加入浓度为0.24 mmol/L的氯金酸溶液,所得金纳米溶胶的最大吸收波长λmax与DA浓度线性相关,其线性方程为λmax=586.4-47.8 cDA。在DA浓度为0.1-1.0μmol/L范围内,相关系数为0.998。利用此方法进行DA注射液实际样品测定,回收率为92%-105%,能够满足测定要求。Gold nanoparticles colloids with different optical characterization were achieved via a two-step reducing procedure with dopamine(DA) and hydroxylamine hydrochloride as reducing agents.Thus,a method of detecting dopamine was established.Briefly,under alkaline conditions,DA and hydroxylamine hydrochloride was sequentially added into 0.24 mmol/L solution of hydrogen tetrachloroaurate hydrate,and the maximum absorption wavelength(λmax) of those obtained gold nanoparticles colloids linear correlate with the concentration of DA.The linear equation is λmax= 586.4-47.8 cDA,and the correlation coefficient is 0.998 in the range of 0.1 - 1.0 μmol/L DA.The recovery rates of detecting DA injections were in the range of 92% - 105%.It can meet the requirements of analysis of DA injections.
