摘 要:以塔河常压渣油(THAR)为原料、正己烷为溶剂脱除沥青质后获得脱沥青油(DAO)。利用热重分析考察了THAR和DAO的热转化特性,结合元素分析、FT-IR、~1H/^(13)C NMR和GPC等表征手段,对其分子结构参数进行了系统的分析研究,并在高压反应釜中考察THAR和DAO的临氢热转化反应性能。结果表明:DAO的热重残余量明显低于THAR,且热转化活性较高;与THAR相比,DAO的相对分子质量明显降低,芳香度由0.27降至0.22,总环数由8.45降至5.08,其中芳香环数由5.94降至3.16,环烷环数由2.51降至1.92,且THAR中芳香环数与环烷环数的比值约为DAO的1.44倍;DAO临氢热转化反应产物中汽油、柴油收率分别为22.57%和42.26%,较THAR分别提高4.48和9.05百分点,而焦炭产率仅为5.02%,较THAR降低18.64百分点,这与THAR的芳香度大、缔合度大、含较多缩合程度高的稠环芳烃及热重残余量大相符。The thermal conversion of Tahe AR and its deasphalted oil in presence of hydrogen by TGA combining with elemental analysis, FT-IR, 1H and 13C NMR and GPC techniques were systemati- cally studied to investigate the molecular structure parameters, and the thermal cracking performance of the samples were tested by an autoclave. The results show that DAO has a higher conversion rate, its carbon residue is lower than that of Tahe AR. Compared with Tahe AR, DAO has a significant lower molecular weight in the given temperature, the aromaticity decreases from 0.27 to 0. 22, the total num- ber of ring is reduced from 8.45 to 5.08, among which the number of aromatic ring and naphthenic ring is reduced from 5.94 to 3.16 and from 2.51 to 1.92, respectively. The ratio of aromatic ring/naphthenic ring of Tahe AR is 1.44 times than that of DAO. The yields of gasoline and diesel from DAO by thermal cracking in presence of hydrogen are 22.57% and 42.26% respectively, which are 4.48 and 9.05 per- centage points higher than that of Tahe AR, while the coke yield from DAO is only 5.02, 18. 64 percentage points lower than that of Tahe AR. These results are consistence with high in aromaticity, association number, and carbon residue, and more highly condensed aromatic hydrocarbons in AR.
