摘  要:目的对SMI血流显像技术在颈动脉斑块新生血管诊断这的应用价值进行研究。方法研究对象来源于我院2013年4月至2014年4月接诊的45例颈动脉粥样硬化患者,全体患者均行颈动脉常规超声、SMI及超声造影检查。统计患者颈动脉斑块数量、斑块类型、新生血管斑块数量、斑块内新生血管部位与形态,对比SMI血流显像与超声造影成像一致性。结果常规颈动脉超声检查共检出127个斑块,SMI检出新生血管斑块63个,多分布在近心端底部,与超声造影检查结果高度一致(Kappa值≥0.81)。结论 SMI血流显像技术在颈动脉斑块新生血管诊断中具有良好的应用价值,适合于临床推广。Objective To study the application value of SMI blood flow imaging in the diagnosis of carotid artery plaque neovascularization.Methods45 cases of patients with carotid atherosclerosis admitted into the hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were selected as the research object.All of the patients received carotid routine ultrasound,SMI and contrast-enhanced ultrasound.The number of carotid artery plaque,the type of plaque,the number of neovascularizationplaque,the site and morphology of neovascularization in the plaques were statistically analyzed.The concordance of SMI blood flow imaging and contrast-enhanced ultrasound was compared.Results There were 127 plaques detected by routine carotid artery ultrasound examination and 63 neovascularizationplaques detected by SMI most of which located at the bottom of the proximal end,which was highly consistent with the results of contrastenhanced ultrasound(Kappa value≥0.81).Conclusion SMI blood flow imaging technology is of good application value in the diagnosis of carotid artery plaque neovascularization,which is suitable for clinical application.
