品管圈在减少静脉药物配置中心差错中的应用

摘　　要：目的在静脉药物调配中心(PIVAS)推行品管圈活动,减少各类差错的发生。方法按照品管圈理论,对静脉药物配置中心产生的各类差错进行分析,设定目标,拟定并实施解决的对策。结果 PIVAS药物配置差错显著降低,由活动前的每周116件降低至活动后的每周49件,下降幅度57.76%,差错率由1.19%下降到0.46%。结论 PIVAS推行品管圈活动,能有效降低配置差错,提高工作质量和效率。Objective Quality control circle（QCC） activity was implemented in pharmacy intravenous admixture service（PIVAS） to reduce errors.Methods According to the QCC theory,various types of errors generated in pharmacy intravenous admixture service were analysis and set goals,then strategies to solve were developed and implemented.Results The number of errors in the PIVAS reduced significantly,from 116 per week to 49 per week.Decrease of 57.76%,the error rate by a 1.19 percent decline to 0.46%.The width of decrease is 57.76% and the violation of operating was reduced from 1.19% to 0.46%.Conclusion Since QCC is implemented the errors in PIVAS are decreased and the quality and efficiency of pharmaceutical service are improved.
