马齿苋水提醇沉液对大肠杆菌体内外抗菌试验

摘　　要：为了开发利用绿色中草药马齿苋(Portulaca oleracea L.),进行了马齿苋水提醇沉液对大肠杆菌的体外抗菌试验和人工感染肉兔大肠杆菌病的防治试验,并测定血清中的总蛋白、白蛋白和球蛋白。结果表明,马齿苋提取物浓度在0.50、1.00、2.00g/mL时,对大肠杆菌表现为中度敏感,且随浓度的升高,抗菌效果增强;可显著提高受大肠杆菌攻击肉兔的存活率,且预防效果优于治疗效果;血清中蛋白含量预防组、治疗组均比健康组和模型组高。可见马齿苋水提醇沉液的体内、体外抗菌效果表现基本一致,能抵抗大肠杆菌的感染,增强机体的抗病能力。In order to develop and utilize green Chinese medicine of Portulaca oleracea L,the antibacterial test in vitro and control experiments of artificial infection rabbit Escherichia coli to Portulaca oleracea boiled alcohol extract is carried out.The total protein,albumin and globulin in ser-um are determined.The results show that when concentration is 0.50,1.00,2.00g/mL,the boiled alcohol extract is medium sensitive to Ec.oli,the concentration is higher,the antibacterial effect is better.It can significantly improve the survival rate of rabbits by E.coli attack.Prevention effect is better than treatment.Protein content in serum of the prevention and treatment group is higher than the health group and model group.It indicates that in vivo and in vitro antibacterial effect to Ec.oli of Portulaca oleracea,boiled alcohol extract is basically identical.The extract can resist to E.coli infection and strengthen the body's resistance to disease.
