摘 要:重庆永川"城校互动"职教发展模式被称为中国第四种职教发展模式,经过十年的发展,在推动地方经济社会发展同时,自身内涵也在不断丰富。"城校互动"职教发展模式是地方政府主导的校地互动的产物,其发展受益且受制于职教政策。中国职业教育发展的大环境利好,为该模式的可持续发展提供了契机,但需要提高与重庆产业发展人才需求的匹配度和对区域经济发展贡献度,塑造所培养人才的不可替代性,开展"立地式"研发服务,提升职教城的品牌效应。The vocational education model of "city and school interaction" in Yongchuan of Chongqing is known as fourth development model of vocational education in China. After ten years of development, the connotation of vocational education model of "city and school interaction" has been continuously enriched, meanwhile it has promoted the development of local economy and society. The connotation of vocational education model of "city and school interaction" is the outcome of the interaction of local school and city led by local government, and its development is benefited from and subject to vocational education policy. Good external environment provides the opportunity for the sustainable development of the model of "city and school interaction", and the perfection of model needs to improve its compatibility with the talent demand of industry development in Chongqing and contribution to the regional economic development, shape the irreplaceability of talents, carry out RD services of practical technology, and enhance the brand effect of Chongqing vocational education city.
