摘 要:建立了利用连续流动分析仪测定卷烟侧流烟气中氨释放量的分析方法。采用鱼尾罩、剑桥滤片和盛有稀盐酸的吸收瓶捕集卷烟侧流烟气中的氨,经处理后用连续流动分析仪测定。结果表明:1方法的线性关系良好(相关系数为0.999 9),检出限为0.12 mg/支,RSD≤6.8%(n=5),加标回收率在86.0%-112.0%之间;2该方法简便、快速、准确,适用于卷烟侧流烟气中氨释放量的测定。An analytical method for quantifying ammonia in sidestream cigarette smoke(SCS)was developed with continuous flow analysis. Ammonia in SCS was collected by a"fishtail"chimney, by passing through a Cambridge filter pad and an absorption bottle containing hydrochloric acid. The combined collection was subjected to washing and extraction before being analyzed by a continuous flow method. The results showed that: 1)The method had good linearity(with correlation coefficient of 0.999 9)and the limit of detection was0.12 mg/cig. The relative standard deviation was 6.8%(n=5), and the recoveries ranged from 86.0% to 112.0%.2)The method was simple, rapid, accurate, and suitable for determining the level of ammonia in SCS.
