摘　　要：为解决PROTOS70卷接机组二次分离漂浮室对烟梗中的梗含叶烟丝、折叠烟丝及结块烟丝分离效果不佳等问题,在将直通型漂浮室改为"之"字形漂浮室的基础上,设计了一套烟梗打散型漂浮室装置,通过在"之"字形漂浮室垂直方向上加装烟梗打散装置,将梗丝、丝团和丝块打散,实现烟丝与烟梗的彻底分离。应用结果表明:1采用烟梗打散型漂浮室的机台,剔出的梗中含丝量由5.02%降低到3.48%;2卷烟成品外观检验中烟支刺破数量下降27%。烟梗打散型漂浮室有效提高了梗-丝二次分离效果,改善了烟支外观品质。In order to improve the separation efficiency of the secondary winnowing chamber in PROTOS70 cigarette maker, a winnowing chamber with a zigzag air passage was configured. A tobacco loosening unit was installed above the chamber to loosen tangled or stuck stems and shreds until they were completely separated.The application results showed that： 1） The shred content in rejected stems decreased from 5.02% to 3.48%. 2）The defective cigarettes with a hole punctured by sliver reduced by 27% in cigarette appearance inspection.Winnowing chamber with tobacco loosening unit effectively promoted the separation efficiency and further the appearance quality of cigarette.
