摘　　要：儿童股骨头缺血性坏死是一种自愈自限性疾病，病因不清，治疗方法多样。现根据近年来的文献报道并结合笔者的研究，就其基础与临床研究现状作概要介绍，以期提高广大儿科工作者对该病的认识。Avascular necrosis of the femoral head in children is also known as aseptic necrosis of the femoral head or Legg - Calve - Perthes disease. At present, generally acknowledged that it is a self - limited disease, its etiology is unclear, therapeutic methods are multiformity, and improper handling can lead to severe sequelae. The followings are the bases and clinics about avaseular necrosis of the femoral head according to the recent reports and the author＇s research.
