预见性护理联合肠内营养支持对胃癌患者胃肠功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨预见性护理联合肠内营养支持对胃癌患者的胃肠功能及生活质量的影响。方法将70例胃癌根治术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各35例,对照组采用常规护理模式和全肠外营养,观察组采用预见性护理联合肠内营养支持。观察比较两组营养指标、胃肠功能恢复时间和生活质量。结果观察组患者术后7天的血浆总蛋白、白蛋白、血红蛋白显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后肛门排气恢复时间、排便恢复时间、肠鸣音恢复时间和饮食恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后的生理因子、心理因子、环境因子、社会关系因子及生活质量总分均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组干预后焦虑评分低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理联合肠内营养支持对胃癌患者的胃肠功能及生活质量均有积极促进作用。Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing combined with enteral nutrition support on the gastrointestinal function and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer. Methods A total of 70 patients with gastrectomy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional nursing and total parenteral nutrition,while the observation group was given predictive nursing and enteral nutrition support. Nutritional indexes,recovery time of gastrointestinal function and quality of life were compared between two groups. Results The level of total plasma protein,albumin and hemoglobin 7 days after operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.The recovery time of postoperative anal exhaustion and defecation,bowel sound and restoration of eating in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.The scores of physiological factors,psychological factors,environmental factors,social factors,social association factors and quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After intervention,the score of anxiety in both groups decreased significantly,and score of anxiety in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Predictive nursing combined with enteral nutrition support can improve the gastrointestinal function and quality of life in patients with gastric cancer.
