综合康复护理方案对类风湿关节炎肩袖功能改善的观察

摘　　要：目的探讨综合康复护理方案对类风湿性关节炎肩关节功能的临床疗效。方法选取类风湿肩关节受累患者84例,依照护理方式不同随机分为试验组及对照组各42例,对比2组患者肩关节功能、生活质量及抑郁倾向等指标。结果试验组UCLA评分在治疗3个月、6个月高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组Barthel指数在治疗1个月、3个月及6个月高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组SDS评分在治疗3个月及6个月低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复护理方案可显著改善类风湿关节炎患者的肩关节功能,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the rotator cuff function in patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods According to different nursing way,84 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into experimental group（ n = 42） and control group（ n = 42）. Function of shoulder joint,quality of life and depression tendency were compared between two groups. Results After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the UCLA score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）.After 1,3 and 6 months of treatment,the Barthel index in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the score of SDS in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the shoulder joint function of patients with rheumatoid arthritis,and improve quality of life.
