医护一体化模式下对直肠癌患者心理状态和应对方式的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化模式下对直肠癌患者的心理状态和应对方式的影响。方法选取确诊为直肠癌并接受Miles手术的患者68例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取医护一体化模式,观察2组患者心理状态和应对方式的区别。结果出院随访3个月后,观察组患者SCL-90各因子中敏感、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑症状及ESCA总分、自我护理技能、自我护理责任感、自我概念、健康知识评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化模式能显著改善患者的心理状态和应对方式。Objective To explore the influence of medical and nursing integration model on the mental status and coping style of patients with rectal cancer. Methods A total of 68 rectal cancer patients with Miles operation were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing,while the intervention group was given medical and nursing integration model on the basis of control group. Mental state and coping style were observed and compared between two groups. Results After 3 months of follow up,scores of sensitivity,compulsion,interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety in each item of SCL-90 and ESCA score,self care skills,self nursing responsibility,self concept,health knowledge in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Medical and nursing integration model can significantly improve the patients＇ mental status and coping style.
