正颌联合正畸矫治牙颌面畸形的优质护理

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在正颌联合正畸矫治牙颌面畸形患者中的应用效果。方法收集50例行正颌联合正畸矫治牙颌面畸形患者,按是否愿意接受优质护理分为2组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组加施优质护理干预,比较2组患者相关临床指标、恢复效果评价、并发症与出院前护理满意度等。结果实验组术前等待时间、拆线时间、住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01),总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.01),出院前护理满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论优质护理应用在正颌联合正畸矫治牙颌面畸形患者中效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing in dento-maxillofacial deformities patients with orthognathic and orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 50 dento-maxillofacial deformities patients with orthognathic and orthodontic treatment were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine nursing while the experimental group was given high quality nursing interventions. Clinical indicators,the recovery evaluation,complications and nursing satisfaction degree before discharge were compared between two groups. Results In the experimental group,the preoperative waiting time,disconnect time and length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than those in the control group（ P〈0. 01）,and the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence rate of complications and nursing satisfaction degree before discharge in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The high quality nursing is effective in treatment of dento-maxillofacial deformities patients with orthognathic and orthodontic therapy.
