锁定钢板内固定联合自体植骨治疗老年桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨锁定钢板内固定联合自体植骨治疗老年桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折的效果情况。方法分析我院2012年1月至2015年6月骨外科收治的136例老年桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折患者临床资料,依据固定治疗方式不同进行分组,对照组56例和联合治疗组80例。观察两组老年桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折患者预后功能优良率情况。结果联合治疗组老年桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折患者预后功能优良率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论锁定钢板内固定联合自体植骨治疗老年桡骨远端骨质疏松性骨折疗效良好,预后明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective To approach result of treatment agedness osteoporotic distal radius fractures by locking plate internal fixation compared with autologous bone graft. Method The 136 cases clinical data of agedness osteoporotic distal radius fractures patients in our hospital bone subject from January 2012 to June 2015 were analyzed, which was to be divided into two groups, control group 56 cases and combined treatment group 80 cases. The prognostic features excellent rate of two groups agedness osteoporotic distal radius fractures patients were detected. Result The prognostic features excellent rate of combined treatment group agedness osteoporotic distal radius fractures patients was higher than control group, P〈0.05, the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion The curative effect of treatment agedness osteoporotic distal radius fractures by locking plate internal fixation compared with autologous bone graft is good, prognosis is obviously, which is to be used.
