冲击波联合双氯酚酸二乙胺乳胶剂治疗Hoffa病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨应用冲击波联合双氯酚酸二乙胺乳胶剂(扶他林)治疗战士Hoffa病的临床疗效。方法对50例战士膝关节髌下脂肪垫炎(Hoffa病)患者应用冲击波联合扶他林乳胶剂治疗。治疗结束后根据膝关节Insall评分对疗效进行评估。结果治疗后全部病例随访1年。疗效评价:治疗后效果优为32例(64%),良为10例(20%),可为6例(12%),差为2例(4%)。结论冲击波联合扶他林乳胶剂治疗Hoffa病具有非创伤、疗效可靠、康复快的优点。Objective To explore the clinical results of shock wave associated with Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel for soldiers with Hoffa disease. Methods 50 soldiers, Hoffa disease were treated by shock wave associated with Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel. Their outcomes were eraluated by Insall score system. Results All the patients were followed up 1year. The outcome were excellent in 32 patiens（64%）, good in 10（20%）, fair in 6（12%） and poor in 2（4%）. Conclusion Shock wave associated with Diclofenac Diethylamine Emulgel is an effective and minimally invasive management for Hoffa disease.
