彩色多普勒超声在女性盆腔结核中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在女性盆腔结核中的诊断价值。方法选择2009年9月至2014年12月在我院就诊的疑似盆腔结核患者54例,均选用飞利浦iu22超声诊断仪进行诊断与鉴别。结果 54例患者经过超声诊断为盆腔结核30例,阳性率为55.6%,其中包裹性积液型9例,囊性肿块型11例,实性肿块型4例,混合性肿块型6例。结论盆腔结核性超声像图早期表现无特异性,而是随疾病的发展阶段的不同而表现为多样性:囊性包块型、混合包块型、实性包块型及包裹性积液型。其动态发展过程符合疾病本身的病理变化,即肉芽肿、坏死液化、钙化、纤维化。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in female pelvic tuberculosis. Methods 54 cases of suspected pelvic tuberculosis patients from September 2009 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected and diagnosed and identified by Philips iu22 ultrasound. Results After ultrasound determination, there were 30 cases of pelvic tuberculosis, the positive rate was 55.6%, including 9 cases with encapsulated fluid type, 11 cases with cystic mass, 4 cases with solid mass type and 6 cases with hybrid mass type. Conclusions Tuberculous pelvic sonographic is no specific, but with the different stages of development of the disease while the performance of diversity： cystic mass, hybrid mass type, solid mass type and encapsulated fluid type. It is dynamic development process in line with the pathological changes of the disease itself, namely granulomas, liquefaction necrosis, calcification, fibrosis.
