摘 要:随着风电功率的随机性对电力系统稳定性的影响愈发突出,如何分析含动态随机激励的电力系统暂态稳定性,对电力系统的动态安全具有重要意义。基于随机微分方程理论,提出了计及风电不确定性的电力系统模型,讨论了不同风力发电机在风速波动下的随机动态并网模型。通过双机无穷大系统和3机9节点系统对系统的静态及动态稳定性进行了分析。仿真结果表明,风电不确定性一定程度上会恶化系统的暂态稳定性,同时会引起长期无法消除的低频振荡,由不确定性产生的波动而造成的系统震荡会加剧并网造成的危害。ABSTRACT:With ever-increasing influence of wind power on the stability of power systems,how to analyze the transient stability of power systems containing dynamic stochastic excita-tion is of great significance to the dynamic security of power systems. Based on the theory of stochastic differential equations, this paper proposes a model of power system considering wind power uncertainty and discusses the stochastic dynamic grid-connected models of different wind turbine generators under wind speed fluctuations. The static and dynamic stability of the system are analyzed through the 2-machine-infinite-bus system and the 3-machine 9-node system. The simulation results show that uncertainties of wind power deteriorates the transient stability of the system to a certain extent and also causes low frequency oscillations which cannot be eliminated for a long time. The system oscillations caused by the fluctuations genera-ted by the uncertainties will aggravate the damages caused by integration with the power grid.
