摘　　要：在电力系统中图库模一体化技术的研究和开发仍然处在初级阶段。文中所研究的方向是建立在SVG技术和IEC61970标准的基础之上,并与XML技术、Hibemate等技术相结合,设计出了电力系统的一个图形、数据、模型一体化的解决方案。ABSTRACT：Atlas die integration technology in power system research and development is still in the primary stage. In this paper,the research direction is mainly based on SVG techno-logy and IEC61970 standard,and combined with XML techno-logy,Hibernate,etc,the design of the power system,a gra-phics and data,model integration solutions.
