摘　　要：以服务社会养老模式为核心,引入绿色建筑理念,针对老年人特点和需求,从场地规划与室外环境、节能与能源利用、节水与水资源利用、节材与材料资源利用、室内环境质量和运营管理6个方面阐述养老建筑的绿色设计。To serve as the core of the social pension, this paper introduced the concept of green building. Characteristics and needs for the elderly, from 6 expounds pension building green design, including site planning and outdoor environment, energy conservation and energy use, water conservation and water use, materials and material resources, indoor environmental quality and operations management.
