摘 要:由于基于ITK和Matlab编程的医学图像配准算法产生的形变场不能相互利用,为ITK下形变场和Matlab下形变场能够相互转换,使基于ITK编程的算法能够利用MALTAB丰富的函数库和矩阵分析能力对形变场进行处理和分析,基于Matlab编程的算法能够利用ITK对三维医学图像处理的优势,建立了ITK和Matlab形变场双向通道。首先,分析了基于不同平台医学图像配准算法形变场通道建立的必要性。然后,以Matlab到ITK形变场通道为例,详细介绍了采用ITK的pipeline机制建立通道的过程。最后,通过实验验证通道建立的准确性,并通过形变场高斯滤波实验初步探究了通道的建立意义。实验结果表明,本通道可以很好地对ITK和Matlab下的形变场文件进行转换,并且可以在配准算法中应用本通道进行形变场的分析,结合ITK和Matlab各自优势对算法进行优化。In order to overcome the problem that the deformation fields calculated by medical image registration algorithm based on the ITK and Matlab programming can not benefit from each other,to make the deformation field under ITK and the deformation field under Matlab transform to each other,bi-directional channel of deformation fields under ITK and Matlab should be established.Not only can this channel makes the algorithms based on the ITK programming utilize Matlab programming' s rich function library and matrix analysis ability to process and analyze the deformation fields,but also make the algorithms based on the Matlab programming take advantage of the ITK programming to process 3D medical image system.Firstly,the paper analyzed the necessity of establishing the deformation field channel calculated by medical image registration algorithms based on different platform.Secondly,by taking the deformation field channel from Matlab to ITK as an example,the process of establishing the channel using pipeline mechanism of ITK was introduced in detail.Finally,the paper demonstrated the exactness of the channel' s establishment through experiments and made a preliminary exploration of the channel significance by Gaussian filter experiment.The experimental result shows that the channel can convert the deformation field files under the ITK and Matlab and can be used to analyze the deformation fields with registration algorithm.What' s more,combined with ITK and Matlab' s respective advantages,this channel can optimize the algorithm.
