摘　　要：针对共公共交通中使用公交卡用户数量不断增长,公交数据分析需求日益剧增的问题,提出了对海量公交数据的研究方案,设计并实现了一个海量公共交通刷卡数据管理系统,并对其进行可视化。主要内容包括:1)对公交运行线路数据与公交智能卡刷卡数据进行预处理,包括线路筛选与公交方向判断等;2)构建R树以索引海量公交数据,构建B+树以按时间索引数据;3)支持空间、时间范围查询,并可进行可视化展示。系统有效分析了海量公共交通卡刷卡数据库,显示了公众公交出行特征,有助于深入理解城市居民的生活模式,并优化公共交通调度方案。Since the number of people who use the public transportation card and the need for public transportation data analysis are increasing rapidly,a research plan was proposed for mass data and a mass public transportation card data management system was analyzed,designed and visualized.The main designing ideas are as follows：1） preprocess the bus line data and a large-scale bus intelligent card transaction dataset,including line matching and line direction judgment;2） in order to deal with frequent inquiry of mass bus data,R-tree index was built for spatial range queries and B ＋ tree index was built for time queries;3） create queries in time dimension and spatial dimension on bus datasets and visualize it.The system analyzed public transportation card dataset effectively and revealed people＇ s travel characteristics,which helped to learn the patterns of life in urban area and optimize the public transportation scheduling schemes.
