摘　　要：空巢老年人口不断增长的现状,促使我们寻找更为符合社会发展的方法,解决老人的生活现状。文章以居家养老模式下的空巢老人为目标人群,结合老人的生理和心理变化特点,研究分析空巢老人居住的起居室空间环境;起居室是家庭功能空间中和外界交流的重要空间,是空巢老人与外界交流的重要环境;文章将从老人需求角度分析起居室的尺寸、智能化系统设置和智能化起居室家具产品,用现代化的技术手段提高老年人起居室的安全性、娱乐休闲性和便利性。With current situation of continuous growth of empty-nest elderly population, we are urged to seek a method suitable for social development and solve the problem of the living situation of the elderly. Taking the empty-nest elderly as the target group under the home-based care for the elderly and combining the physiological and psychological change of the elderly, the paper studies and analyzes the space environment of the living room where the empty-nest elderly lives. The living room is the important space for communication with the outside in the family function; and it is the important environment for empty-nest elderly to communicate with the outside. The paper will analyze the size of the living room, the setup of the intellectualized system and the intellectualized furniture product in an angle of the elderly＇s demands and using the modern technology to improve the safety, entertainment and convenience of the living room of the elderly.
