“钻石模型”视角下的山西保德红枣产业发展研究

摘　　要：近年来,红枣产业迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。保德红枣作为山西八大名枣之一,其产业的发展不仅关系到农民的增收,更关系到保德县经济社会的发展。基于迈克尔·波特的"钻石模型",从生产要素、需求条件、相关及支持性产业、企业竞争与战略、政府和机遇六个方面对保德红枣产业发展的核心竞争力进行了全面分析,并针对当地实际情况,提出若干新对策,以期促进保德红枣产业更好更快的发展。In recent years,red dates industry ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity.As one of the eight famous Shanxi dates,the development of the Baode red dates industry,not only related to the farmers＇ income,but related to the economic and social development in Baode. Based on a diamond model theory,in this study,the core competence of red dates industry development of Baode was comprehensively analyzed through six different aspects below,including production factors,demand conditions,related and supporting industries,enterprise competition and strategy,government and opportunity. And in order to provide reference for better and faster development of Baode red dates industry,it put forward some new countermeasures to promote the development of Baode red dates industry based on the local real situation.
