摘　　要：在无障碍设计的基础上,结合现有的技术规范和通用设计七项原则,按居住区内道路交通、景观元素、游憩场地及配套、公共服务设施四个系统拟定通用设计的参照标准,提出基本标准和推荐标准,以指导老龄社会居住区外环境通用设计实践。On universal design of the basis of accessible design, combined with the existing technical specifications and seven principles, hold down the road traffic, landscape elements, recreational venues and facilities, public service facilities in the four systems for universal design of reference standards, put forward the basic standards and recommended standards, in order to effectively guide the design practice of aged society residential development.
