摘　　要：项目管理组织结构的设计关系到了建筑工程的稳定性与有效性,因此,探究建筑工程中项目管理组织结构的设计具有的意义。以某大型建筑企业为例,分析建筑工程传统项目管理组织结构的基本特点,并按流程导向理论,从工程实例出发,提出有创意性与创新性的项目管理组织结构。In the current construction engineering enterprise development in the main practical problems is project management, as the main support and guarantee for construction project management, project management organization structure design is related to the stability and effectiveness of the construction project, therefore, actively explore the construction project management organization structure design has a landmark significance. In this paper, the author takes a large construction project as an example, analyzes the basic characteristics of the structure of the traditional project management organization structure, and strictly according to the process oriented theory, from the construction engineering examples, and further put forward the creative and innovative project management organization structure.
