摘　　要：近年来,我国多次提出完善农产品调控机制,并于2014年启动大豆、棉花建立目标价格试点。通过分析美国、欧盟和日本等发达国家农产品价格支持政策,总结了主要发达国家农产品价格支持的基本经验,从市场价格引导作用、确定目标价格补贴依据以及合理确定目标价格水平等三个方面提出政策建议。In recent years, our country has repeatedly put forward to improve the regulation and control mechanism of agricultural products, and in 2014 to start the target price of soybean, cotton to establish a pilot. Based on the analysis of agricultural product price support policies in developed countries such as the United States, the European Union and Japan, the basic experience of agricultural product price support in the major developed countries were summarized, and policy recommendations were put forward from three aspects： market price guidance, basis of determining the target price subsidies, reasonably determine the target price level.
